If you were entering information for a Foreign daycare provider,

and

The address had "Foreign or U.S. Possession." entered as the State.

The State and Zip code was incorrectly flagged by error check.

Solution:

This issue has been resolved in a TurboTax update that was released on 2/7/2013.
