Internet Explorer Back Button Issue in TurboTax Online

When you use IE in TurboTax Online, the browser's Back button button may not work correctly.

You may be unable to use the browser's Back button to return to a previous page and/or your Web page may stop responding.

This is a known issue with Internet Explorer versions 7.x, 8.x and 9.x.

Here are some workarounds.

Choose one of the following:

Workaround #1

Click Internet Explorer's Refresh button (F5). The Back button should work again.

Workaround #2

Install the latest security update for Internet Explorer.

Workaround #3

Run Internet Explorer with add-ons disabled temporarily (without ActiveX controls or Browser extensions).
