If you're expecting to get a refund, there's no need to panic. You actually have 3 years to file your taxes and claim your refund.

If you think you may owe owe some taxes this year, file your return as soon as you can, even if you can't pay your tax bill right away. This will minimize your penalties and the interest you might have to pay.
