What do I do if I get an e-filing error?

If your return was rejected because of an e-file error, don't worry. We'll help you fix the issue in no time.

On the Tax Summary screen, select the Make Changes button next to the area where you need to make the fix. Once everything looks good, continue to the end and re-send your tax return. It’s that simple!
