Resolved:Missing Edit Boxes when you select "Attach a Statement" under the "Other" option for Choose a Type of Investment

If you are entering ‘Investment Income' for ‘Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other’ and you select ‘Attach a statement’ in the ‘Other’ section
Then you select either 'Short-term' or ‘Both Short-Term and Long Term’
The boxes for ‘Total Cost basis’ and ‘Total Gain’ were not appearing.
Solution:
This issue has been resolved in a TurboTax update that was released on 1/12/2012.

Work Around
For Desktop Customers:
- From the above screen:
- If you select Continue
- Then select Back
- The fields will now appear and be enterable.
For Online Customers:
- If you complete the entry
- Then edit the sale
- The fields will now appear and be enterable.
