Resolved:VA: Calculation Error on Line 16 When Disposing of Asset

THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED

An error is being generated on line 16 of VA Form 720 that indicates line 16 has to add up with line 9, VA AGI. The math adds up, lines 16a and 16b add up to VA AGI on line 9, but shows up as an override.
