Supported Tax Year Versions of TurboTax

We provide technical support for the current tax year (2011) as well as prior tax years 2010, 2009, and 2008. TurboTax 2007 and earlier versions are no longer supported.

For support purposes, the current tax year changes in early November, when we start releasing TurboTax products for the upcoming tax year.

Around November 10, 2011, when the TurboTax 2011 download product is released, 2011 will become the current tax year. Sometime in November of 2012, tax year 2012 will become the current tax year and we will discontinue support for tax year 2008 products.
