How far back do you provide tech support?

We provide technical support for the current tax year (2012) as well as prior tax years 2011, 2010, 2009, and 2008. TurboTax 2007 and earlier versions are no longer supported.

For support purposes, the current tax year "rolls over" after the mid-October extended filing deadline. For tax year 2011, that deadline was on October 15, so 2012 is now the current tax year.

TurboTax 2012 CD/Download software will be released in early November, and TurboTax Online 2012 becomes available in early December.
