Error: Invalid entry. Please try again.

When e-filing and entering your verification code, you might get the following error message: “Invalid entry. Please try again.”  This message means that the code was mis-entered and doesn't match the image.

Solution

If you are unable to enter the correct code to continue e-filing, you can use the links below the entry field to:

  1. Try another code, or
  2. Switch to audio verification.

Note: You can reuse these links as many times as neccessary until you succeed in passing to the next screen.
