There has been an error processing your tax return in TurboTax Online

"There an been an error processing your tax return. Please "Try Again", but if you continue to get this message, select "Exit" and log back in later. Diagnose. All your data has been saved"
You may be getting this message when you attempt to log into your TurboTax Online account and can't access your data.
If you have waited at least 48 hours but continue to receive this error, your tax file most likely will not allow you to continue to complete your taxes.
Please try the following steps to fix this:
- Click Refresh on your Browser window
- Clear your Cache
- Stop and restart your Browser
- If none of these work, you may need to start a new return
