HTTP Server Error 403 - Forbidden

Error 403 occurs when attempting to update TurboTax.
Possible Causes
When connecting to the Intuit Update Server, the wrong location was accessed or the server returned an unexpected response. This can be caused by:
- Interference from a personal firewall, router or proxy;
- The Update Server is experiencing a system error or heavy load; or
- The Update Server received an incomplete or incorrect request.
Solution
Try updating again by choosing Check for Updates from the Online menu in TurboTax. If Error 403 persists, wait awhile and try again later or download the manual update.
Something else you can try is diagnosing and repairing your Internet connection:
- Open Control Panel (Start > Settings > Control Panel).
- Double-click Network Connections.
- Right-click Local Area Connection and choose Diagnose or Repair.
