Error Building Cache

A cache error usually indicates a problem with your TurboTax installation.
Follow these steps:
- Uninstall TurboTax.
- Find the TurboTax TYXX folder (where XX is the tax year; e.g., TY10).
- Right-click the TYXX folder and select Delete. To confirm, click Yes (or OK).
Note: If you can't to delete the folder, restart your computer in safe mode, and then repeat steps 2 and 3.
- Close browser windows and exit programs.
- Install TurboTax. If the problem persists, use your disk cleanup and defragment tools to free up space on your hard drive, then try installing again.
