Error 67305876 may occur if TurboTax can't connect to the Internet to complete a task (e.g. downloading software updates):
HTTP: object not found
Error 67305876: We're sorry, but the application could not find an item on the server that it needs. Try again now, or wait and try again later.
The error might be caused by your router settings or by a problem with Internet Explorer.
Solution
Follow these steps:
- Check your router.
- Update your version of Internet Explorer, and then restart your computer.
- If you are still unable to connect, try using another web browser such as Firefox.
