Error 67108866 occurs when you use an online feature in your TurboTax program that connects to the Internet:

User canceled the operation when attempting to access an online feature in TurboTax

This error indicates a connectivity issue. If you did not intentionally stop your browser from connecting to the Internet, follow the steps below.

Solution

If the error continues to occur, contact your firewall software manufacturer or ISP about how to set up your Internet connection.
