Error 4120 occurs when attempting to install .NET 2.0:

An internal error occurred while trying to initialize the Darwin Service.

To resolve this error, follow these steps:

Cancel TurboTax installation.
Close open windows and programs.
Restart your computer.
Install TurboTax.
