Error 4119: Darwin service hung

Error 4119 occurs when attempting to install .NET 2.0:

The Darwin service is hung and requires a reboot in order to continue.

To resolve this error, follow these steps:

Cancel TurboTax installation.
Close open windows and programs.
Restart your computer.
Install TurboTax.
