Error 4116: Source path too long

Error 4116 occurs when attempting to install .NET 2.0:

The length of the source path is too long.

The path to the TurboTax installation files is too long. This error may occur if you're installing TurboTax over a network (or share) drive.

To resolve this issue, copy the TurboTax folder to a CD or your computer's hard drive, and then install TurboTax.

Important: Be sure to copy the entire TurboTax folder, not just the TurboTax setup.exe file.

Note: You may need administrator rights to perform these tasks.
