Error 4113 occurs when attempting to install .NET 2.0:

Beta NDP components detected.

A beta version of .NET is installed on your computer. You need to uninstall the Beta version before installing TurboTax.

Follow these steps:

  1. Cancel TurboTax installation (if necessary).
  2. On the Start menu, select Control Panel, and then select Add or Remove Programs.
  3. Select the .NET beta version in the list, and then click Remove.
  4. Close open windows and programs.
  5. Install TurboTax.
