Error 4111: Can't get Temp directory

Error 4111 occurs when attempting to install .NET 2.0:

Cannot get Temporary directory.

Your system uses your temporary (temp) folder when installing .NET 2.0. If your temporary folder is full, installation fails.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

Cancel TurboTax installation (if necessary).
Empty your temporary folder.
Close open windows and programs.
Install TurboTax.
