The following message may appear when you're downloading or updating TurboTax:

A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script?

Solution

Although you might be tempted to click "Yes", do not abort the script. The message only means that downloading might take a while, depending on the speed of your computer and Internet connection.

Tip: The Microsoft Support site tells you how to adjust the time-out period for the script to prevent this message from appearing.
