Adobe Reader Starts and Then Disappears

If Adobe Reader briefly starts and then disappears when printing your return, follow these steps:

  1. Close TurboTax Online.
  2. Uninstall Adobe Acrobat.
  3. Access TurboTax Online, and then choose the option to print your return.

    Note: With Adobe Reader no longer installed, you'll be prompted to save your tax return to your computer.
  4. Close TurboTax Online.
  5. Reinstall Adobe Reader. You can download Adobe Reader free of charge from the Adobe site.
  6. Access TurboTax Online, and then print your return.
