Adobe Reader Starts and Then Disappears

If Adobe Reader briefly starts and then disappears when printing your return, follow these steps:
- Close TurboTax Online.
- Uninstall Adobe Acrobat.
- Access TurboTax Online, and then choose the option to print your return.
Note: With Adobe Reader no longer installed, you'll be prompted to save your tax return to your computer. - Close TurboTax Online.
- Reinstall Adobe Reader. You can download Adobe Reader free of charge from the Adobe site.
- Access TurboTax Online, and then print your return.
