We have received reports that there is difficulty in transferring a prior year tax file into TurboTax 2012 downloaded from the Mac App Store.

Solution

On the Let's Get a Jumpstart on Your 2012 Taxes screen, click on the Choose a tax return to transfer button to transfer your prior year return, as shown.
