What if I order the card, but my tax return is rejected or my efile doesn’t go through?

When you sign up for the TurboTax Card, your request will be processed and your card will be sent to you that same day, regardless of whether you file your return. However, your funds will not be authorized for direct deposit to the card until your return is accepted. If you e-file successfully but your return is rejected, you'll need to resolve the e-filing errors and transmit again. And if you e-file but the transmission doesn't go through, you'll need to retransmit your return to ensure it is filed.
