U.S. Series Savings Bond does not Provide Option to enter Owner name and Beneficiary

When going through the filing experience, selecting to purchase a U.S. Series I Savings Bond does not provide the ability to enter owner information.
Solution
The first entry field for U.S. Series I Savings Bond is designed for the taxpayer and the spouse, therefore does not provide a field to enter someone else's name. To purchase a savings bond for someone else, you must select to add another account and adding a dollar amount under the second field, this will generate fields to enter Owner's name and Beneficiary's name.
This is not clear in the experience; therefore we are working on determining a better customer experience.
