The amount deposited on my TurboTax Card does not match my expected refund amount. Why?
If the IRS has determined you owe money due to certain debts1, the amount deposited to your TurboTax Card may not match your original refund expectations. The IRS or the Department of Treasury's Financial Management Service (FMS) is authorized to reduce or withhold your refund to pay these debts. There may be other reasons why your actual refund does not match your expected refund.
