My tax refund or tax due amount changed after I filed my return

You completed and e-filed or mailed your tax return, but some time later you notice the refund (tax due amount) has changed when you reopen your return in TurboTax.

This will happen:

• If you made changes to your tax return data after filing your return. 
• If you updated TurboTax (or we applied an update in TurboTax Online) that affected calculations used on your return. See What if TurboTax is updated after I've already filed?
