I applied for a TurboTax Card, but I have not received it yet. What is going on?
Please allow 7 to 10 days for your card to arrive after enrolling in the TurboTax Card program. To track the status of your TurboTax card, please visit www.turbotaxcard.com/track. You will be able to check the status and details specific to your card shipment and refund deposit.
If you do not receive the card after 10 days, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-543-9160 to report a card lost, stolen or never received.
