How do I close my TurboTax Card account?

To close the account associated with your TurboTax Card, you need to contact us at 1-866-543-9160. You can withdraw remaining funds through an ATM or via a bank teller, up to $1000 (you can contact TurboTax Refund Card Customer Service at 1-866-543-9160 if you need to increase this limit). A check for the remaining amount will be mailed to you within 35 days.
