How to Update Your TurboTax Advantage Account and Credit Card Info

To update your credit card information, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account.
2. In the Account box, click the View/Edit Credit Card link.
   
    
    
3. View and edit your credit card information.
   
    
    
4. Click Update Credit Card Info to update your account.

To update your billing and shipping address, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account.    
2. In the Account box, click the View/Edit Address link.
   
   
3. View and edit your address information. Make sure that complete information has been entered in all 8 fields.
   
4. Click the blue Save Changes button.

Note:  If your Shipping and Billing addresses are different, you must edit each address individually. Please check each address to make sure it is current. 

To update your TurboTax product choice, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account.
2. Under Your Product, click any of these links:
   • Change Product
   • Add a Product
   • Switch to Download / Switch to CD
   • Change Quantity
   • Remove Product

   For example, if you wish to change your product, click the Change Product link, then select your product. The pop-up window will automatically close and your new product choice will appear in your account.

Note: If you have not yet chosen a product, click the Sign Up Now! button to add a product to your account.
