Cancelling or refunding TurboTax Advantage (automatic renewal) enrollment and order

To cancel your enrollment and 2011 product order
To cancel your TurboTax Advantage enrollment and your TurboTax 2011 product order (before October 28th):
- Sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account.
- Under Your Product, select Remove Product.

- After you have removed all of your product choices, your automatic renewal subscription will be canceled automatically.
What if I canceled my enrollment accidentally?
If you accidentally cancel your enrollment, you can easily subscribe to TurboTax Advantage again. Click here for information on enrolling in TurboTax Advantage.
- If you re-enroll in TurboTax Advantage before August 12th, your enrollment will apply to this year and you will automatically receive TurboTax 2011.
- If you enroll in TurboTax Advantage before August 12th, then accidentally cancel and re-enroll after August 12th, your re-enrollment will apply to next year and you will automatically receive TurboTax 2012. To get this year’s TurboTax 2011 product, you must place a separate order.
- If you enroll in TurboTax Advantage after August 12th, your enrollment will apply to next year and you will automatically receive TurboTax 2012. To get this year’s TurboTax 2011 product, you must place a separate order.
