State Return Prints with "Do Not File" After Using Refund Processing Services

A few customers have reported that their state return prints with "Do Not File."

This issue will occur when all of the following are true:

1. You paid for TurboTax using Refund Processing Services. - and -
2. You e-filed your federal return but it was not yet accepted. - and -
3. You printed and wish to mail your state return.

 Once your federal return is accepted you will be able to print your state return without any watermarks.
