Wisconsin Reject 0964: Schedule OS Lines 24 and 27 error--RESOLVED

We are currently looking into some customer reports stating they are receiving the following reject in error:

Reject Error: 0964

Problem: Schedule OS, line 24 'Total income taxed by other state' must equal Schedule OS, line 27 'Total income taxed by the other state before subtracting any standard or itemized deductions or personal exemptions' respectively.

Solution: Please review the reason for the reject. If necessary, make the appropriate change and re-submit this return electronically. However, if the reject continues, you may want to file this return via U.S. Mail. To file your state return, print it and mail it to the appropriate state taxing authority.
