TurboTax Online: Get a Blank Screen When Prompted to Upgrade TurboTax and Selecting "No"

When using TurboTax Online and getting a prompt to upgrade to a different TurboTax product, a blank screen appears after selecting "No" to the upgrade offer and you are unable to continue or go back from this screen.
Solution
A product update was released on 4/4/2013 that resolved the issue. Please continue your 2012 income taxes by signing into your TurboTax Account.
