TurboTax 2012 for Mac is Missing Tabs in the Main Screen

After installing and launching TurboTax 2012 for Mac, certain tabs are missing from the tax return view.

Solution

Uninstall the TurboTax application by dragging it to the trash.
From the desktop, select the Go menu and choose Go to Folder.
Type ~/Library/Application Support and select Go.
Delete the com.intuit.TurboTax.2012 folder.
Reinstall TurboTax and launch it again.
