Set Your Screen Resolution (Windows)

Supported version of TurboTax requires a minimum screen resolution of 1024x768 to display text and images properly.
To set your Windows screen resolution, follow the steps below for your particular operating system.
Windows 7
- Click the Start button, then choose Control Panel.
- Under Appearance and Personalization, click Adjust screen resolution.
- In the drop-down list next to Resolution, move the slider to the desired resolution, and then click Apply.
- Click Keep to use the new resolution or Revert to return to the previous resolution.
Windows Vista
- Click the Start button, then choose Control Panel.
- Click Appearance and Personalization > Personalization > Display Settings.
- Under Resolution, move the slider to the desired resolution, and then click Apply.
Windows XP/2000/Me/98
- Right-click an empty area on your desktop and choose Properties.
- In the "Display Properties" window, click the Settings tab.
- In the Screen resolution area, set the resolution by dragging the slider.
- In the Color Quality area, select at least 16 bit (32 bit recommended).
- Click OK to apply your settings and close the Display Properties window.
- Click OK to any message asking if you want to keep those settings.
