We've received reports of certain screens showing "Error building screen: /interview /federal" instead of their normal content.

Solution

We believe this issue to be related to problematic Fonts found in the Font Book.

In order to resolve this issue, please visit this FAQ from the Apple website and follow the instructions under "Validate problematic fonts"
