How much additional tax for converting from a Traditional IRA to a Roth?

You can move your money (convert) from a traditional IRA to a Roth IRA. Exactly how much gets taxed is subject to IRS rules.

You need to know the amount of any nondeductible contributions you made over the years and the value of the traditional IRA account on 12/31, and then rest assured that TurboTax will correctly calculate the taxable income for you. By the way, you can’t choose to convert only the nondeductible contributions
