1099-R With "Code 3" or "Code 8" is Doubling Income on Summary Screen

Income reported on a 1099-R, with a code 3, or code 8 in box 7 is displayed twice on the summary screen "Here's a Picture of Your 2012 Income."

The income is displaying for both Wages & Income and Pensions - nontaxable.

This is only a display issue on the summary screen and does not affect any calculations in the return.

Solution:

We are aware of this experience and are looking at ways to improve this area in future editions of TurboTax
