Replacing Your TurboTax CD

Is your newly-purchased TurboTax CD defective? Was its journey to your mailbox a rough one? Contact us and we'll send you a free replacement.

For lost, damaged, scratched, broken, etc. TurboTax 2008–2010 CDs that can't be blamed on us or the post office, you can either contact us for a replacement (shipping charges may apply) or download a free replacement below.

Download and Installation Instructions:

1. Click the link to download the file to your Desktop.
2. When finished, double-click the downloaded file on your Desktop, and then:
   • Windows – Follow the on-screen instructions to install.
   • Macintosh – Drag the TurboTax Premier 20XX folder (where X represents the tax year) to the Applications folder to install.
