Replacing Your TurboTax CD
Is your 2012 TurboTax CD damaged or defective?
If you purchased your CD directly from us (i.e., through TurboTax.com), please mail the damaged/defective CD within 60 days of purchase, along with a dated receipt or packing slip, to:

We'll then mail a replacement CD to your address on file.
On the other hand, if you bought your TurboTax CD elsewhere (e.g., Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club, Amazon, etc.), please contact your retailer for an exchange.
If your retailer is unable or unwilling to replace your CD, please mail it to the address above (along with a receipt dated within 60 days of purchase) and we'll send you a replacement. This does not affect your rights under our TurboTax Satisfaction Guarantee.
For lost, damaged, scratched, broken, etc. TurboTax 2008–2011 software, contact us for a downloadable copy of the software. (You'll need to set up your TurboTax account to access your download, if you don't already have an account).
