Why was I charged twice for the TurboTax app?

If you were charged more than once while using the TurboTax app you would need to contact the app store you purchased it form (Android Market, Amazon, Apple) as the payment process is completed through these sources. If these steps have already been taken please contact TurboTax technical support for further help.
