How do I cancel Audit Defense?

If you accidentally signed up for or no longer want Audit Defense, you have a couple options for cancelling.

If you have not paid, simply follow these steps:

Click on the Review tab and select the Audit Protection subtab.
Continue to the You Can Buy Extra Piece of Mind page and
At the bottom of this page, check the box that says Please cancel my order...
Click Continue and follow the prompts

If you have paid, you can contact the providers of our Audit Defense service, TaxResources Inc. (TRI), at (877) 829-9695. Once you have cancelled with them, they will submit your refund request to us.
