1. Uninstall TurboTax from your computer(s).
2. Return the software within 60 days of purchase to the store where you purchased it from, along with the original dated receipt, for a full refund.

If your retailer is unable or unwilling to issue a refund, send your TurboTax CD and a copy of your dated receipt, to one of the following addresses:

Expect a full refund 4-6 weeks after our Returns Department has received your product.

• Email your e-receipt (Your Order with Amazon.com email) within 60 days of purchase to ereturns@intuit.com with a request for a full refund.
• Or, mail a written request, along with your name, contact info and a printed copy of your e-receipt (Your Order with Amazon.com email), to:

You can use TurboTax Online without charge up to the point you decide to print or e-file your tax return.

Printing or e-filing your return reflects your satisfaction with TurboTax Online, at which time you are required to submit non-refundable payment.
