How do I delete forms in TurboTax for iPad?

Tap the question mark located in the top right corner.
Tap Forms. Your Review Forms in Your Return window will open.
Tap Edit. A red circle with a white dash (subtraction) will appear next to each form name.
Tap the red circle next to the form you would like to remove from your return.
