Error 10290: When Saving Your Tax Return as PDF File

Error 10290 may occur when attempting to save your TurboTax return as a PDF file, if your version of Adobe Reader is out-of-date or corrupted.

Solution

To resolve this issue, install (or reinstall) the latest version of Adobe Reader.

You can also download and install Foxit Reader instead of Adobe Reader.
