Error 10261 when saving your return as a PDF file

When attempting to save your tax return as a PDF file, Error 10261 occurs.
This can occur when your printer's default settings prevent it from creating your PDF file.
Solution
- Exit TurboTax, reopen the program, and try saving again. This usually solves the problem.
- If you're still getting the error, you can try changing your default printer if you have access to a second printer. Then repeat Step 1.
