Resolved: Some Screens in TurboTax Online Show a "Loading..." Message but the Screen Never Loads

In TurboTax Online there are some areas of the interview that will load a view of a form within the screen you are on. These forms were showing a "Loading..." message and the forms never loaded.

This was occurring in the following areas of TurboTax:

This experience has since been resolved in a product update released on 1/7/2012.

There is no need to do anything on your part since updates are automatically applied to TurboTax Online.
