Resolved: TurboTax: - Looping in Interview for Self-Select PIN When trying to Efile
When trying to file your TurboTax return, you may have seen a screen that says "Check These Entries". When you chose to fix the error you were taken back to the "Sign Your 2011 Return" screen for entering your 2011 efiling PIN.
Whether you made any changes, if you clicked Continue, you saw the "Check These Entries" screen again and were caught in a loop.

Correction
On 3/22/2012, there was an update released that resolved an issue in which an error was generated that seemingly could not be fixed. This update resolved the issue where the incorrect screen was being shown in order to resolve the issue.
The update will now show the correct screen to resolve the error. The error message was generated due missing information for the IRS PIN, or 2010 AGI information that is needed in order to efile. Click here for more information.
Resolved: "Looping" after 3/22/2012 update
This issue has been resolved in a TurboTax update that was released on 4/26/2012 and corrects the following "looping" scenario:
- In 2011, the primary taxpayer on the return passed away, AND
- The filing status of the return is married filing jointly.
