Payment Error - We're Having Trouble Processing your Request
You may see this error message when attempting to purchase a product or service through TurboTax.
Although this message usually occurs if there is a problem with our payment system or your payment, it can also occur for other, unknown reasons.
Try these steps to help resolve your issue:
- Reset all Internet Explorer security settings to default. In Internet Explorer, select Tools, Internet Options, and then click the Security tab. Click Reset all zones to default level.
- Turn on your cookies
- Turn off Proxy settings
- If you are using a wireless connection, try connecting directly with a hard wire connection
- Shut down any other open browser windows and try again
- Make sure you are connected to the internet
