Can I get a refund of the e-filing fee if my TurboTax Online return is rejected?

We are unable to issue refunds for TurboTax Online e-filing fees because we don't charge an e-filing fee in TurboTax Online.

When you pay for TurboTax Online, you're charged a prep fee (tax preparation service fee). The prep fee applies whether you e-file your return or print and mail it in.
