Can I deduct donations of my hair or blood?

No, and you cannot deduct the value of your time or services.

You may be able to deduct the cost of a haircut to provide the hair. To be deductible, the haircut must have been done solely to provide the hair to the organization, so if you got your hair styled during the cut as well it would not qualify for a deduction.
